Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the shipment (days will start to be calculated based on proof of delivery). Products must be returned intact and with the appropriate warranty seals applied to each item.

CONDITIONS FOR THE CORRECT EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must meet these simple conditions to get a refund of the amount paid at the time of purchase:
The return request must be completed directly online no later than the fourteenth day from the date of delivery. If communication is not made within this deadline, the request will be rejected.
Products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition and complete with all protective materials, with any labels and tags still attached and including all accessories and documents. If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return or, alternatively, to reduce the amount of the refund or exchange.
Returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned products, we will evaluate their condition and proceed with reconditioning and closing the request.
If all the listed conditions have been met, Antonia will refund the price of the purchased products, deducting the return shipping costs. Please note that Antonia cannot exchange products, but only refund the cost of returned items.

STANDARD RETURN

To return an order, you must complete the online return procedure. The return request will be notified to our Customer Service, who will evaluate whether to authorize it or not. To take advantage of Prestish's discounted rates with UPS, please contact our customer service at the following e-mail address: customer@prestish.com.
Customer support will send you a pre-filled return label to be attached to the top of the package. Please follow the instructions on the document included inside the package.

If you decide to return your order using a carrier other than the recommended one, the shipping cost will be entirely at your expense and you will be responsible for the returned products until they are delivered to our warehouse.

PRESTISH'S FAILURE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN

If the above conditions are not met or if damage to the returned products or their use is found, Antonia reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case, you may decide to receive the purchased products again, but the shipping costs will be borne by the user. It will subsequently not be possible to refuse the sent shipment.
Returns of orders from countries other than those to which they were delivered will not be accepted.

REFUND TIMING

The refund of the total price of the products will take place no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The refund times vary depending on the payment method used and specifically:

Credit card: the technical times for obtaining the refund depend on the credit institution that issued the card. The value date of the credit will not change from the debit date.
Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible within a couple of days. Paypal itself will send you a communication certifying the refund.
