What material are your jewels made of?

We mainly work with 925 silver, also galvanized or gold plated. The stones used are carefully selected and all materials are hypoallergenic.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over €149. Below this threshold, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we also ship outside Italy. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and are shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange. For more details, please consult our Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and installment payments with Klarna.
